Excite your senses at the lively Kuku Café with a wide selection of delectable food and liquid refreshments. Boasting its own beer, Kuka Lager, and dishes that represent South Africa’s vibrant cuisine the restaurant succeeds in providing a local flavour that is on par with international trends.

Arguably one of the best restaurants in Hazyview, Kuka serves up a wide array of café style meals like gourmet burgers and tapas to dishes for more adventurous palates like crocodile kebabs and spicy curries. Meals are ended off with pizazz with desserts like Amarula crème brûlée and double baked chocolate fondant with peanut butter ice cream. Children are not forgotten and have their own menu to choose from.

Kuka’s vibrant atmosphere is accentuated through its colourful Afro-Chic style with a modern take on African art. The wrap-around patio allows for meals to be enjoyed under the shady trees, which are lit up at night to create a romantic outdoor space.

Breakfasts include an array of hot, hearty meals such a benedicts, scrambled eggs, traditional breakfasts, waffels, breakfast burgers and omelette’s through to light and healthy options, including smoothies.

Lunch features starters, tappas, salads, pizzas, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, grills, seafood & curries.

For Dinner we leave off the lighter “café-syle” meals and add to our grill and curries selection. Combo plat- ters, chefs specials & seafood offer delicious options.

A range of tasty delights to end your meal or just as an accompaniment to your coffee is a must.

Our sushi menu is available for both lunch & dinner.

Vegetarian and Vegan options are also available.

Beverages range from smoothies, frappes, a range of cold and hot beverages (with UNNA coffee), through to creative cocktails, an extensive range of alcoholic beverages and a well curated wine list.

Our Premium house Lager is a “fresh“ crisp session beer, brewed with one of the best specialty malts and combined with carefully selected hops & barley. This easy drinking Lager with citrus, malty & hoppy notes has a fresh, crisp and elegant taste. Kuka Lager pairs particularly well with our juicy burgers, and delectable pizzas.
